Pregnant and didnt know....
Could any of you have gone through your 9mths of pregnancy without knowing you were pregnant???
It just blows my mind whenever I read that someone was pregnant and didnt know for the entire pregnancy.
Just read on the msn home page about a 28 year old who went to hospital with sharp pains in her stomach to discover she was having contractions and the kicker is she already has a child so its not like she didnt know what it felt like to be pregnant!
She attributed the weight gain to giving up cigarettes and eating too much.
Do you think they are in denial for the 9mths or just a sandwich short?

sooo weird!!!
Even if you gain weight..I think there is a big difference between a pregnant belly and just one when you gained some weight!
I couldn't imagine anyone not realizing they were pregnant for 9 months!!!

This happened to a neighbor of mine. She was a bigger girl as it was. Not of us realized she was even pregnant... She said she had her period the whole time but it was very light...
But I don't get it... Kicks HURT towards the end... How do you not feel that?

I can't imagine anyone truely not knowing. They move around so much in there, I don't know how someone could excuse that away.

I didn't know I was pg with DS until I was 4 months, and I had bleeding, I really thought it was my period. I probably wouldn't have found out then if I diidn't get an ultrasound b/c of my horrible cramping.

I could understand that b/c you had bleeding but in general, I can't believe someone could go thru 9 months of pregnancy and honestly not know something is off...

Strange that you said that bc my cousins wife is also very large told me she didnt feel the baby until 8 months. Could maybe the size of a person make them less certain? I dont know. I felt mine at 4-5 months.
