Pregnant Gossip Girl Actress Kelly Rutherford Files for Divorce
Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford filed for divorce Friday from her husband of two years, Daniel Giersch, TMZ.com reports.
Rutherford -- who plays Blake Lively's mom Lily van der Woodsen on the CW series -- is about three months pregnant with her second child. The couple welcomed son Hermes Gustaf Daniel Giersch two years ago.
The actress cites irreconcibale differences on the paperwork, which was submitted to a judge at Los Angeles Superior Court.
Rutherford, 40, split from Carlos Tarajano in 2001 after just five months of marriage.

I'm not suprised she looked akward at best in the recent pics of her with her son and husband, but it's still sad......

All I can think is that he must have done something REALLY bad for her to file for divorce while pregnant.

Does anyone know how old her hubsand is? DH and I were looking at a picture together and it looks like he's a lot younger
