Pregnant Morena Baccarin Reveals She Plans to Marry Benjamin McKenzie, Father of Her Child
A Gotham wedding! Morena Baccarin revealed her plans to marry her Gotham costar Ben McKenzie — with whom she's expecting a child — after divorcing her husband Austin Chick, she said in new legal documents.
In the papers obtained by TMZ, Baccarin stated: "Today, I am in a new committed relationship. I am planning to re-marry. Also, I am 3 1/2 months pregnant."
Us Weekly confirmed last Thursday that the Homeland alum, 36, is expecting a baby with her Gotham costar McKenzie. Baccarin is already mom to a 23-month-old son, Julius, with her estranged husband Chick.
According to TMZ, Chick reportedly alleges that they were not yet separated when Baccarin conceived her baby-to-be with McKenzie.
On their Fox thriller series, the pregnant actress and The O.C. hunk, 37, are also dating and living together.
Baccarin's estranged husband Chick, 44, filed for divorce from Baccarin this past June after nearly four years of marriage. Baccarin's pregnancy news was revealed after she filed court documents last Thursday, Sept. 24, requesting full custody of their son.
However, a judge ruled that the pair, though currently embroiled in a nasty split, will share joint custody of their little one, who will largely stay in NYC with his mom. Chick will be able to visit little Julius once a month for eight days at a time.
McKenzie, meanwhile, publicly confirmed his fatherhood news that same day by retweeting a congratulatory post from his sister, Camille Schenkkan. "Couldn't be happier for @ben_mckenzie and @missmorenab," she wrote. "Welcome to the family, Morena! Also...I'M GONNA BE AN AUNT."

I literally have no idea who these people are.
Iknow who they both are--and even from befor emy DH started watching Gotham. 
he was on the OC & Southland
She was on Firefly, V, & Homeland.

I had no idea who she was until you posted that picture and I recognized her as Brody's wife from Homeland!
