Prenatal - one a day..
does anyone take these? They also come with DHA EPA liquid gels. What are these for?

i take these also. the liquigels are for when you get pregnant for extra somethig; i forget exactly. it tells u on the paper that comes with them..

DHA is supposed to be good for the baby's brain development. I'm not sure whether it's necessary to take them while TTC. You can always ask your doctor.

i started taking them today is day 2 i burp and it tastes like fish, i hate these pills, i think im actually just gonna buy the prescription those didnt bother me.
any other good pills over the counter that are gel cap?
I have to break the tablet for one a day and it stinks.
