Prenatal Pilates
Anyone take this class ?
I see a new place offering this class. I was thinking of trying it.

Ooohhh where? I'm very interested and have not seen this anywhere. I'm so exhausted that I don't know when I'd do it, but I'm hoping that some light to moderate exercise will squash my sleepiness.

A new place that opened in babylon. They have a bunch of prenatal & baby classes. I haven't actually checked it out yet, just drove past it.

I haven't taken a class, but I have a dvd that I did....um...once. It seems really good though, and my doc said it would help me stay flexible. You should give it a shot!
