Prenatal vitamin question
I was taking the Citrical + DHA, but my insurance stinks, and I was still paying like $45 every month, and if you ask me that a bit expensive. I just got the Ones from GNC with Iron,_only like $8.99) It says to take 2 though? They are huge! And make me totally sick to my stomach if I don't have a full belly! Can I take one in the morning and one at night?
Anyone else ever take these or have any other over the counter ones that are good and don't cost a fortune??

I take over the counter ones from Target. I supplement with omega fish oil cause I wasnt sure if DHA was in the target brand.

I buy it at a supermarket or drug store.
Be careful with the GNC ones and taking two - you should not be taking more than 4000 Vitamin A

Thanks for the tip! I haven't looked at that! I also haven't taken two in a day yet! Seems like so much, but I'm going to go look!!
