PreNatal Vitamins?
Have any of you ladies taken prenatal vitamins before even getting pregnant? Also, have any of you tried drinking Raspberry leaf tea? I bought the tea over the weekend, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try! I ordered preseed also. Just wondering about the prenatal vitamins. I go to Georgia in 3 weeks (my husband is finally coming home, basic training will be over) and I'm trying to get prepared! LOL! My friend told me "maybe it will happen" since we haven't BD in 3 months... and he'll have a lot of sperm built up! We'll see about that! Any input or advice is appreciated! Dena

I am on a prescription prenatal but I would defintely take some Folic acid which you can buy over the counter.

I'm also on a prescription Prenatal - Citracal+DHA. At the least, you should start taking Folic Acid! Good Luck

Does the citracal specifically say DHA? I'm looking and I only see Citracal D? is that the same thing? Sorry for being so dumb! LOL

My Citracal box says "Citracal Prenatal + DHA (Rx Prenatal Vitamin and 250mg DHA Capsule)" The box also says "Rx only" so I'm assuming you'll need a prescription for it.

I found citracal with Dha, $12.00 for 2 month supply. I'm gonna buy it, it can't hurt!

I just take over the counter store bought prenatal vitamins. I took prescription ones when I was pregnant, but now that I'm TTC I just take whatever's handy.

I take over the counter prenatals. You should start taking them now...at the RE's office during injection class this is something the nurse mentioned.

Thank you all! I just ordered some online. So, I'll have prenatal vitamins and I ordered preseed also. Hopefully something will work for us. Can't wait till I go meet my husband and we can start TTC again! Thanks again!
