Prenatal Vitamins
I have a question my doc gave me primacare prenatal pills. I take them but when i'm done with the sample she told me to get 400 folic acid. I went to the store and i only saw 800 is it ok if i take them or no.

My doc told me to take the ones with 800 in them so I would say yes its ok to take them.

I heard people say that you can take Flinstone Vitamins, so that's what I've been taking. Do you think that's ok?

I take a prenatal made by Trader Joe's (much cheaper than the prescription co-pay) and it has 800 mg of Folic Acid. Another girl on here takes the Target brand.
You can take almost any multi as long as you make sure you supplement it so that you take 800mg of Folic Acid.
