Prenatal Vitamins.. one or two?
Last pregnancy I took one vitamin a day. This time he gave me a sample of one that you take once in the morning and once at night 
He gave me the script for it, but I was wondering if anyone else takes 2 a day. They sell prenatals at GNC.. is it almost the same thing? I cant even remember to take one pill a day, let alone 2!!

Mine is the split pill. I actually kind of like it. It kind of keeps me on a routine and it's easy to see if I accidentally skip one, KWIM?
Which one are you on? I'm on the PrimaCare Advantage (I *think* that's the name of it)

i don't take prescription prenatals...
i stick to target, a dha supplement and folic acid supplement..
what i do to remember is leave them on our table at night - and take them with dinner...

That the same one Im taking. I guess thats a good way to look at it!!
Im going to go on the website and look into it, I wasnt sure why there was 2. But since you said split I guess it just gives what you need in 2 different pills, HUGE pills I might add!! 
ETA pitterpatter, I see we're due the same month!! How exciting!

Eh - the pills are not *that* bad, but then again, I have no problem swallowing pills at all.
I will say though, that the morning pill has the Omega-3 fish oil in it and sometimes when I burp, it tastes like tuna   I call it "sushi burps"
Yep - we are due 3 days apart - I just checked!  We were on the TTC board together for a while, I think!

OMG, that happend to me the other day. I thought I just had really bad breath

I take Prima Care one and it is one pill a day. That is more then enough for me. I hate swallowing pills!!! Mine has Omega 3 in it and I have never had a funny after taste from it.

get the 1 a day....
i started taking the walmart one- one a day- not realizing i was suppose to be taking 2- -- i ended up switching to Target brand- so much easier- and i take 1 enfamil lipil dha

I took the samples early in my pregnancy, but have taken target's 1 a day. Sooo much cheaper!!
