Prenatal yoga in Huntington area?
I'm looking for a class that meets on sat or sun in Huntington area. I get home too late during the week. Anyone know of one?

Throughout my pregnancy I did yoga at Silk Wind Studio on Rte 110 (by Ralph's Ices, across from Chipolte) - the teacher (Donna) modified everything for me, even though it wasn't a "pre-natal" class. She used to have it on the schedule, but took it off. She has two Saturday morning classes. Check her out - www.silkwindstudio.com - maybe I'll see you there!

Oh thanks. I see that there's a 9:15 pre-natal class on saturday. That will be be perfect (when this am nausea officially leaves the building!). Thank you!

leslie teaches it. she is fantastic. but i would say if you already have a practice, you can do any class and just modify. you are more than welcome to come to any of my classes and i will keep my eye on you!
