prenatal yoga in Massapequa
I went to this place in Massapequa yesterday for prenatal yoga. I read about it on this site. It was really good!! I felt good afterwards...nice for my achey back and a great way to relax. I will definitely be going again.
If anyone is interested, they have classes Monday and Wed at 7. They have other birthing classes there too that I might check out.
Felt good to get some exercise in again!!

is this in a building close to the 7-11 on broadway? i remember reading about a yoga class because i was looking into taking one and i live right off there

its just south of the southern state on Broadway. My friend and I have been trying to get to the yoga class but I havent been able to go any of the days they have it. We are taking the breastfeeding class there in May

I pretty much lived there during my last pregnancy/ after my son was born. I did prenatal yoga, Childbirth Ed, Breastfeeding, CPR, Mommy & Baby Yoga, New Baby Mommies. Seriously, every chance I could do something there, I did! It was like my second home! Everything I did there I absolutely LOVED! Cant say enough about that place!

It's on Broadway, but across from the Dairy Barn on Cedar.

It's on Broadway, but across from the Dairy Barn on Cedar.
