Prenatals
How do you know if your prenatals contain a stool softener?
Also, if they don't, has anyone ever heard of taking Magnesium supplements to "loosen" things up?

not sure about how to tell that about the vitamins. but try eating prunes. they work! and much better tasting than prune juice

You could do a search online.
My dr gave me citracal prenatal vitamins. They do have a stool softener.
Some good things to "Help" include fruit yoghurt, veggies, green tea and prunes. These things have helped me go.
