Prenatals and not TTC
please excuse my ignorance.
i have been taking prenatals (CVS brand) for about 6 months now. i wanted to jumpstart my body w/ all the neccessary vitamins plus the added folic acid. prior to taking these i was not taking any vitamins. i have had no side effects but was wondering if prenatals are ok to take if you are not trying to TTC.

yep, it is fine. my doctor put me on them a full year before we TTC to get my body ready. no harm at all!

I started them 6 months before TTC and it's now been over a year TTC. My RE said nothing to me about the duration last time I saw him.

Is there any harm in taking prenatals with Birth control pills
until ready to concieve

prentals are a Vitamin...that has the correct dosage and mixture of Vitamins for a Pregnant or woman who is nursing....it won't do any harm to take if you are not PG or Nursing...its basically a mutli-vitamin with more folic acid and less vitamin A...then your average mutli vitamin.
