I take both.
Afraid to take both because the b-100 has the max amount you're supposed to take of a lot of those vitamins

Sorry - ETA - I take prenatal AND B-6 (b/c I have a short luteal phase).

ok that makes sense- yea the b-100 has folic acid so i wasnt sure if that was enough
