Prental Yoga - where in Nassau?
Hi,
Does anyone know of anywhere in Nassau County (preferably on or near the South Shore, but I'll travel if it's worth it) where I can attend a Prenatal Yoga class? I remember seeing so many available with my last pregnancy, but I can't seem to locate any now!

I was taking a yoga class at south nassau hospital on sunday mornings. It was really great. I miss it now...i had to stop because it was getting a little hard in these last few weeks.
