Prepping for the big move - have we missed anything?
Hi guys -
We are finally closing next week and moving the week after.
These are the things we have taken care of so far - am I missing anything?
Oil
Water
Cable
Phone
Electric
Alarm

We had to call for garbage as well (not sure what it's like in your area).

Just FYI..garbage pick up days are Mondays and Thursdays.
Also, they will take big items on those days as well. Your cartons need to be broken down and tied up or bagged.
Recycle is Tuesday and Friday.
So excited for you!
Oh, also get new locks and have them changed asap.

Just FYI..garbage pick up days are Mondays and Thursdays.
Also, they will take big items on those days as well. Your cartons need to be broken down and tied up or bagged.
Recycle is Tuesday and Friday.
So excited for you!
Oh, also get new locks and have them changed asap.
Thanks Susan - I was going to ask you about this! wow - 2 days for recycle? We only have it once now.
DH doesn't think we need to get the locks changed bc we have an alarm and we are going to change the password. I am still trying to convince him to change the locks though...

Just jumping in about the locks, we were discussing that also and we may just get new handles for the front door with new locks. Great deals on doornobs and locks at Home Depot this week.

I have to double check the recycle days..I don't do it that often so I may be wrong. If I'm around that day I will definitely stop by.
