Preschool for 3 year olds?
How many days is this usually?
Anyone know of any good ones not affiliated with churches in the Sayville, Bohemia, area?

DS went 2x a week at http://kidsplacedayschool.com/index.html It's bordering Islip airport, on Vet's Hwy.
It's affiliated with the Connetquot school district (which is where DC will be going)
I'm pretty sure you can chose how many days you want. We just thought 2 would work for us.

Great Thanks, that is close to us, and my kids will also be attending Connetquot. Stupid Question but should they go to a Pre - K in the district they will be attending?

At our preschool, three year olds go two or three days a week.

At my dd's school you can choose 2, 3 or 5 days a week. We can also choose the time, 9-11:30, 12-2:30, or 10-2 (more expensive and lunch is provided).

Ours, Lauren goes for 3 days a week from 9-1pm. This is an older 3's class. Last year in the older 2's into 3 was 2 days a week. I know a lot of places give choices, 2,3 or 5.

Jacob is going next year 4 days a week 9-2 and he will be in the 3's.

I don't think you need to, but Connetquot SD is paying for Pre-K, so it made sense for us...

Michelle, you usually have to sign them up in January for the following Fall, not sure if you know that or not. I suppose some have open enrollment but many do it in January.

signed my daughter up this morning. 5 days a week 9-12, with optional afternoon enrichment classes. The price is crazy- $5976 .
