Price Fixe Month?
Someone sent me an email with a link to restaurants that have a $19.95 price fixe. They said that it is until February 24th (it doesn't have an ending date on the website though). Sounds like a great deal to me.

It was in the Newsday a few days ago... my hubby and his co-workers are picking a few to go to. I am excited!

Thanks! I am going to try to take advantage of this. Of course the places that I have been eager to try are listed as not participating in the $19.95 deal. Oh well, I see others that look good.

We called a few places tonight and went to one that the guy told us it was def. available tonight. We live far out east and it was in Riverhead so we took our 20 min trip west to go there... we got inside and told the waitress we were there for the price fixe menu. She gave it to us when we sat and it had the same entrees available online. The waiter came over and told us it's only available Sun or Mon (couldn't hear him well) thru Thurs and it was NOT available tonight.
I explained that I had called before we left and the waitress even gave it to us when we sat and he wouldn't honor it!
 We asked to speak to the manager and he said HE was the manager (at like 20 years old!) I am so annoyed right now! The food was good, but he could've allowed it to slide and just included our dessert as that was the only difference.

Wow MrsM, I would have left and found somewhere else to go to! What restaurant was that? TY for the info, though, I'll pass it along.
Feb 24 is the last date.

That stinks Shannon!!! Where was it? I'll boycot it for ya!
We are going to Waterzooie tonight. I will always  this place since DH tried to propose there, but it didn't work out. In bed was a good place too though
