Primer Rave!
I feel like I have tried every primer out there.
All the smashbox ones, the bare minerals prime time one, the Pur Minerals See no More Pore, even the Monistat Chafing gel trick 
Nothing seemed to make much of a difference.
Until I found this drugstore find!
L'Oreal Studio Secrets Professional Magic Pefecting Base
Under $10 bucks and it works great!
I use less makeup with it, the makeup goes on super smooth, stays on longer, and it blurs out my HUGE pores and any fine lines. Keeps the makeup from settling into the fine lines actually.
If you are looking for a good primer for cheap- give it a shot!

Never knew they made one for redness! Thanks for the info!
I have the original and I liked it, but I still like the Velvet Skin Coat from DHC better.

Yes moisturize as normal first.
Let it soak in for a bit.
Then do primer followed by foundation.
