I posted about this before, but DS got a burn from using the Pampers with Dry Max. We were dealing with his skin being red and raw for weeks. After it finally was no longer oozing or bleeding my doctor recommended we get this diaper cream called diaper comfort from some guy who makes it in Bellmore. I ordered two of them and I LOVE this cream. It is so thick and it really creates a great barrier for DS's sensitive bottom. I also loved that the guy wrote me a handwritten letter explaining the product and remembered my son's name. In today's day and age when customer service sucks, this personal touch was really nice.
