Product Rave for BF'ing/Pumping moms
I was having some issues with supply since I have twins. I read about this product, "More Milk." I bough the tincture at Whole Foods and OMG does this stuff work...I just now pumped about 12 oz and had to empty my bottles and start again! I was still pretty engorged. I have a nice freezer stock now as well as no more stress about feeding my boys.
ETA: It is kind of pricey-cost around $20 but well worth it to me...

i tried the fenugreek pills but they didn't seem to work for me... maybe i will give this a try. thanks!

They have a pill but I bought the liquid(called a tincture) cause it gets absorbed better. But I'm sure the pill would work-you can buy it online...

Me too and I just bought an azzload of fenugreek too. Definitely try it! It tastes like poison but is not bad mixed with OJ-I had to drink it straigh because DH drank all the OJ and OMG
