Product rave: to make eye make up last
I've used it a few times now and LOVE it: Too Faced Shadow Insurance. Put it on before shadow and it makes the shadow last ALL day! You can get it at Sephora:

Another all day shadow that I LOVE is Stila....seriously, I can put it on at 8am and still have it looking good at 8pm! Sephora & Ulta have it...
