product rave:john freida hair glosser(hair glaze)

I havent had a chance to get my color done, im about 3 weeks overdue and my hair color was extremely dull-not to mention my root situationChat Icon ,,,
well i saw this at cvs and figured id give it a try. It comes in 3 different colors-blonde red and brunette.
I have to say, it made a huge difference-my hair seemed much shinier&the color brighter, and im thinking that this is a great product to use anytime you need a "brightening" like a special occasion when you cant get the color professionally done. Just a little FYI

I was wondering the same thing. Would you use it for the lighter color or the darker color?

if you have highlights I think you are suppose to use the LIGHTER color

I use it- my hair is dark and it gets discolored- this was better then dying it

I have to get this. I just picked up the Artec System (kiwi shampoo, kiwi conditioner, mahogany color wash) because my brown/red is fading back to blond within a weeks time Chat Icon I hope the John Freida helps.

cj-how funny, i didnt notice your post till after i posted this!!!!
I would go with the blonde if you have blonde highlites, bc it wont change your base color, it just brightens the lightest part of your hair-the highlites...

and if you have dark hair w/just a couple of pieces highlited blonde, maybe i would go w/ the brunette(or red-dont know what color your base is) and perhaps try to seperate the highlited pieces-like dont put the glaze on the front thats highlighted?
