Products for thickening your hair
6 years ago when I became a SAHM to my son, I started wearing my hair in ponytails and buns almost all day because my hair is medium/long. I am really starting to notice that my hair is thinning around where a widows peak would be. (I never had one of those but just to give you an idea of the area)
I spoke to my hairdresser about it and she said to try and wear headbands instead to keep my hair out of my face but they just don't look good on me and aren't that comfortable.
Now I am just addicted to wearing my hair up and I don't want to go bald because of it.
What products or things can I do? Thanks.

Re: Products for thickening your hair
Start taking a hair/skin/nail formula vitamin with Biotin.
Also- there is something called BioSil- liquid silica- look it up on Amazon- it got great reviews- but I haven't stuck with it long enough to tell if it really works. I need to start it again.

When I remember to, I take pure Biotin supplements that are 300 mcg each pill. I don't take them consistently though. I will start.
