professional carpet/upolstery cleaners?
has anyone used stanley steemer or any other professionals to get their carpet or couches cleaned? when we move, we'd like to get an area rug done as well as our couch... just wondering who you'd recommend and approx how much it may cost?

I recently had Stanley Steemer to clean our carpets. They did a great job. We had 3 rooms done, they were in and out. It came out to $99, I think they were having some kind of special. You can look online at their website and make an appt there as well.

I had Sears come in and clean all the carpets before we moved into our new home. I found a coupon in the Pennysaver. Well worth it!!

We used Stanley Steemer and they were fine
In fact, my mom was just over and asked what we did to our couches, they were so bright!

We used Sears and had no problems. Just be aware that if your carpets are stain resistant, they will tell you the steam will remove that protection. You can buy a can of Scotchguard for a few $$...a lot cheaper than the stain protection they will try to sell you. HTH.

We used Stanley Steemer last week for four rooms. I was amazed at how well it came out - the carpet is very light and there were highly noticeable dark spots in the high traffic areas.
They were even able to almost get rid of the big blue paint stain (my fault  ). They came on time, finished quickly, were very cordial, and the price was competitive.

Absolutely! I've used them for years.
Ken was the one who told us about getting the Holbrook card and entering the contest to win the cruise!! I will ALWAYS use him-lololol!!!!
