you may be commiting a cardinal sin here.

Re: Progresso "0 Point" Soup
I know...canned soups have CRAZY amounts of sodium! Even the low sodium soups have too much!
And Don...this is sooooooooooo gonna be moved!

Re: Progresso "0 Point" Soup
I know!! I just had one the other day.
But they are a staple of my diet right now - 0 points and super filling.
I just watch the rest of my salt intake the rest of the day.

Re: Progresso "0 Point" Soup
Someone help me, which Progresso soup is 0 points? I have the low sodium minestrone and it certainly isn't 0 points.
TIA!

They are labeled on the front as "0 Points Weight Watchers"
I just had the Southwestern Veggie and it was YUMMY!!
My BP is always low anyway...maybe this will perk me up.

Re: Progresso "0 Point" Soup
They're not 0 points. The whole can is 1.6 (for Vegetable Barley)
At this point, I need all of the sodium I can get. Last month, when my blood pressure was taken it at an all time low (70/42).
Trish - it's the Light Progresso Soups, they have the WW 0 points on the label. See label
Flavors:
Italian-Style Vegetable Vegetable & Noodle Home-Style Vegetable & Rice Savory Vegetable Barley Southwestern-Style Vegetable

Re: Progresso "0 Point" Soup
Thanks you Lauren and Barb! I didn't see them in my Stop and Shop, I guess I need to look harder next time!
I don't need all that sodium though, my BP is too high
