Prolief lotion
Has anyone ever head of prolief lotion for hormones? Someone told me that it's for acne, progestrone? Just curious if anyone has heard about this through their doctors?

Re: Prolief lotion
I am not familiar with that brand....but if you are referring to progesterone cream, then it's an over the counter remedy, that imo, can cause more problems. Progesterone is such an important hormone in pregnancy, and therefore, when used, it needs to be prescription.
When you use a cream there is no way to make sure you are using the exact same amount each time. Also the cream doesn't have nearly the amount of progesterone as the suppositories a doctor would prescribe.
There are three ways to really take progesterone. Suppositories are the most effective, then progesterone injections and then finally pill form.
