"Property Virgins" spinoff - How about "Real Estate Intervention"
Now THIS show annoys me.
Hmmmm...I wonder why our house isn't selling - maybe we should evaluate our asking price?
And then they drop it $100K and the house sells - is that really a TV show??
I do like Sabrina - although her eyes are spaced very far apart.

I love this show simply because I hate when people think their house is worth waaaay more than it is because of their emotional attachment. I get some sick pleasure of watching these people get knocked into reality

I've only seen it twice, but I love watching the couples walk through nicer houses that were on the market for much less & sold quickly and then hearing them try to tear them apart. They'll be like "look - the wire to that phone is showing along the wall...how ugly" meanwhile they'll be missing molding in one of their rooms or something way more substantial than that & they'll think it's no big deal  They look like such idiots lol

Great show!
It's weird how all the sellers seem to be living in their own dream world, and even after seeing the comps and having the expert tell them what they should do differently.. they still do what they want.

Great show!

I like the show in general but sometimes some homeowners are right on some topics.
Like yes, 6 blocks over "could" be a bad neighborhood and the houses will be cheaper. The guy misses that sometimes and just looks at the houses not the neighborhood.
Also, one time they had a house with a basement and one without. The house without basement sold but not the one of the show. It was $35K less. Of course, it was cheaper. It did not have a basement.

LOVE THIS SHOW TOO!! Mike (I think that is his name) is awesome.
I laugh at how people are so overly defensive about their homes. Once a person said how a fireplace in a living room is a NEGATIVE (his house didn't have one, and the comp house did) and Mike was like, really?
