Protecting your mattress
Now that I'm officially in my 3rd trimester I wonder if I should be doing anything to protect my mattress? I have a Tempur-pedic and I'd imagine it'd pretty much be destroyed if my water breaks while I'm in bed. Anyone doing something to protect their mattress ?

Re: Protecting your mattress
When I was pregnant with #1 I had the same concern as you so I bought a mattress protector at Target. I wound up not needing, but felt better knowing it was there.

Re: Protecting your mattress
The woman who taught my lamaze class suggested a disposable pad. They sell them at some drugstores and most medical supply stores. They go under your sheet just on your side of the bed but on top of the mattress. Sort of like a bigger wee wee pad, that pets use.

Re: Protecting your mattress
Someone suggested that I buy a plastic matress protector. I didn't need anything with DS but I might go purchase one this time around.
