HI there has anyone ever used a protein powder or a protein shake while breastfeeding
I have a 4 month old and 19 month old and I need to start eating better I am not a fan of any kind of meat and lately have been eating way to many carbs or skipping meals..

Before kids I used to use a brand from bjs
I think it was myoplex lite

I would like to use something but I am afraid not to affect the baby
