I had a HORRIBLE experience with BabyUniverse.com 2 years ago. They had a *sale* for the Papasan swing- but then claimed it was a mistake. They charged my account anyway though. They also offered some B.S. "coupon" in retribution (that expired 2 days after they offered it, and was only good on specific items). Basically they pulled a bait and switch.
Needless to say, it took LOTS of work on my part to get the swing at the agreed upon price. They eventually did the right thing, but it was after a LONG battle and lots of work on my part.
Needless to say, I would NEVER use Baby Universe again as I don't trust that their sales are really sales.
