PSA: fire alarms
please make sure that you
A) have a fire alarm and carbon monoxide alarm in your house
B)make sure it has batteries
C)make sure it works.

A little girl was killed in Dix Hills in a house fire and rumor has it that they did not have a smoke alarm.

very sad. I saw that on the news. The child was the same age as my oldest, I can't imagine.
