PSA for PG future MILFs w/ belly rings
Do yourself a solid favor and swap your sexy momma belly ring for a prego one (or remove altogether if you prefer) befooooore you get to big. Not wheeeeen you get too big.
I had been planning to go to a place that does body piercing to have them remove my barbell for me and replace it with one of the PG ones I bought (since I am too much is a baby to change it myself) but kept putting it off because it was never a necessity before. Well I put it off too long and the thing damn near disappeared into my stomach on Sunday because I have gotten SO big and stretched. I know I know…I have never felt sexier. 
DH busted out 2 pairs of pliers and took it out for me Sun night because it was actually bothering me that day and got red and swollen (in the course of ONE day) because I just got too damn big for it.  I put the PG one in myself…it looks silly, can’t wait to show my OB on Tues. 
I actually thought I could have gotten the other one out all by myself...HA! No way. I couldn’t even SEE the bottom ball when looking down b/c of my round state. It must have looked comical with me laying on the couch with my eyes closed all clenched while DH performed surgery on me.

LOL...I was going to get one of those but took it out altogether. One day it was really red so I figured it was time. Is your skin a little darker where the hole is?

If yu google "pregnancy belly rings" you will find a bunch of vendors. Mine were SO inexpensive. I have extras if you want. DH's friend's fiance bought me one (how sweet!) as a surprise and I had already bought a pack of 3. The gift one I got has metal balls at the end (can't wear metal jewelry into L&D) and I had intentionally purchased ones with plastic balls. The 3-pack came with 1 with clear balls, 1 with pink balls and 1 with blue balls. (enter Preguntas stage left w/ a blue balls joke any second now). I used the blue one because I am having a  so the others are up for grabs.

OMG I went through the same thing - pliers and all! DH accidentally cut it on an angle too so I had to pull a very very sharp piece of metal through my belly button

Oh damn - he had to cut it out?? That's rough!
Since the balls are threaded on, DH just unscrewed one of them (1 pair to hold it in place and the other to unscrew).

I hadn't ever one time taken mine out in the 11+ years I had it We tried the whole ball twisting with pliers thing but a case of WD 40 wouldn't have budged that sucker. So, we cut it Needless to say after that debacle I'm just letting it close up

I took mine out pretty quickly because I've seen the scar it leaves when it pops out from someone getting too big.
The holes where it was look like dark little slits now. Not too awlful yet. I am afraid to see what it will look like after all this...

I took mine out 2 or 3 years ago....and all I have to say is I wish I never ever had one!!! Everytime I look at my PG belly and where the ring used to be I want to puke.....it looks horrible!! I get so embarassed when I go to the Dr. and they have to see it!! Ughh I hate it

I had one for a short period of time, but my body was rejecting the ring and there wasn't enough skin to pierce it deeper, so it pushed it towards the surface. I had it taken out before it broke completely through. That was over 4 years ago. It's healed, but there is a tiny scar and now that I am preggo, (I have a linear line) but it's darker in that spot.

I've had mine for about 12 years. I took it in June (coincidentally, before I got my BFP). Anyway, long story short, my hole is totally stretched out with my belly. I think it looks nasty. Hope it heals a little better after my stomach gets back to normal.
Oh, and balls, balls, balls, balls (I actually have the AC/DC Big Balls song stuck in my head now, THVM)!
