PSA for those who bought furniture through Levitz
So I had bought furniture through Levitz 3 or 4 years ago and bought the protection plan. The other day I noticed a little rip in my couch. Since I know Levitz went out of business, I figured protection plan wouldn't be good anyhow, but what the heck I tried. So I contacted Guardsman who the protection plan was through and they said they couldn't fix the sofa but they could offer me a refund of my protection plan. Atleast I am 180 dollars richer. So if you have a guardsman protection plan, you can try having them "repair" something and maybe you can get refunded the money too!

That was not the case for me. They actually came out on Tuesday to fix my bed.

We got our bedroom furniture from there.. Ill have to see where the protection plan is from.

nope i called i would have gotten back $379 but it they still say the protection plan is still good with them
