PSA: Inexpensive costumes at Target
Target has toddler costumes (up to size 3T) very inexpensive. The infants are $12.99 and the toddler are $14.99. We just bought the monkey costume - so cute! They also have a duckie, pumpkin, dragon, pink leopard, penguin, tiger and a few others I can't remember. They are in the toddler clothes section. They are soft and washable.
