PSA: Snapfish
DO Not order from snapfish right now if you need your order in a timely fashion. Of course I was using them for my son's 1st bday invites and 9 days after I ordered I get an email that they will SHIP them in a week....I am beyond mad I just *happened* to get this email after being on the phone with customer service yesterday. Off to pay double the money at Walgreens one hour

it's a delay related to the promo that they ran: "50 prints for 50cents". Apparently supply and demand became too overwhelming! 
I'm sure once they get past this week, all will resume back to normal. It just stinks that u girls got caught in the middle of this promo-thing......

The same thing happened to me. I will not be ordering from them again. The last time for xmas it took 2 weeks to get to be as well.

yeah I recieved that email.. no big deal for me.. I can wait.. Sorry you have to go to walgreens to do the invites

OMG I ordered on the 8th and I still don't have them I am sooooo pi$$$$$ed. called them few times , finally last Wed they said they would resubmit the order and ship overnight. They shipped on Thursday , but I still don't have them
It's been 3 weeks .
I am going to yell at them if I don't have them today,AGAIN.

I have been using them for years and have had problems twice. If you email them to complain they will credit your account and re-process your order. I know it doesnt help if you are in a time crunch, but they are pretty good with crediting you.

So I asked is there a mailing label to return...no I have to go online and print it out myself. Its B S that they charge your card before the product is even complete. To boot, I actually want the 4X6, I just don't want the 5X7's anymore, I might have to argue that point again, just refund the $$ for them!!!

If you made the image 5x7 in photoshop, you might lose some of the image if you print at 4x6.

I didn't get my pics today again, even though they said it was shipped "overnight" on Thursday and I would get them today the latest so I told them I don't care any more, and to refund the money, which they did without a problem. I guess if I EVER get the prints I'll just refuse the order and send it back to them. they said I could keep the prints ,but I told them I don't want them any more
So I guess MY scrap book will have to wait for a while longer

Same here, I ended up ordering my Christmas cards from Costco and got them the next day. My cards came a WEEK after Christmas. I won't be using snapfish to order anymore either.

I meant I ordered additional prints, and I just want them to send me those, not the 5X7 invites...
