You absolutely MUST go to Old San Juan!! Also visit Mi Viejo San Juan, Plaza de Armas (Arms Square), Plaza de Colon (Columbus Square), El Morro, Parque de las Palomas (Pigeon Park), and of course you MUST eat Spanish food...

Old Suan Juan - walk around, shop, eat in a little authentic restaurant, the FORT!
El Yunque Rain Forest (About 1 hour drive from San Juan) ..beautiful
Gamble: so many casino's on the Isla Verde Strip :)
