We stayed at Vellas Vallarta about two and a half years ago. It was an all inclusive and was pretty nice. I ended up in the hospital because of some bad food but I think I ate it off the hotel grounds so it wasn't their fault.

i was looking for our 1 year anniv at puerto vallarta .. and if you booked with the riu site it was 2300 all inclusive for 7 days 6 nights
compared to the other places i was looking (countries not hotels).. it was about 500-1k less and was all inclu.
