Pull Ups
So I think I'm in good shape now, probably the best I've been in my life. I lift weights and feel my arms are toned but I STILL can't do a pull up for the life of me. I remember struggling with them in HS but I still can't do that, even a bit.
Am I just not meant to do them?

Re: Pull Ups
try knotting a resistance band to the bar and then put your foot in like a stirrup. start out like that.

Re: Pull Ups
I've only ever been able to do one full one. I would jump up and then hold the pull up position - chin above the bar for as long as i can. You will be able to stay up there longer and longer.
i HATEEE doing upper body training though. holding my chunky baby has been helping though
