pumpkin picking in Nassau county
Where can I go pumpkin picking in Nassau County? And if you recommend a place, can you tell me what there is to do there?

It isn't a pumpkin patch, but Dees Nursery on Oceanside does all kinds of fall activities on weekends in Oct. They have storytime, arts and crafts, a petting Zoo and pony rides. And you only pay for the pony rides. Of course they have pumpkins too

I am getting my son blessed at the UUCCN and they are getting a huge pumpkin delivery this weekend. They apparently (since i've only been going there for about 2 months) have a lot of pumpkins and are really busy. They said that they were voted the third nicest pumpkin patch in the county. It's in garden city at the corner of nassau blvd and stewart avenue. I don't know how it is since I've never been there, but we'll be getting our pumpkins there this year.

It isn't a pumpkin patch, but Dees Nursery on Oceanside does all kinds of fall activities on weekends in Oct. They have storytime, arts and crafts, a petting Zoo and pony rides. And you only pay for the pony rides. Of course they have pumpkins too
