Pumpkin Ravioli

anyone see them anywhere- besides fresh direct?

I am craving them- but I don't want to order from fresh direct if I don't have too

You live in bayside right?

M&S on Francis lewis next to power house has them.

They carry tons of different types of ravioli

There's also Durso's in bayside. I haven't been there but they specialize in ravioli, it can't hurt to call and see if this is something they make

mmm Durso's has great stuff...a bit pricey. I may have to run over there and pick up their pumpkin ravoli.

Iavaronne in Lake Success usually has them. Check out Ceirello on Douglaston Parkway (off Northern) also.

funny you mention this

I hit traffic right at that exit on my way home from work- and got off b/c I needed to go to Citi bank and get envelopes

and I went into Iavaronne

I bought 2 boxes

so yummy- I could only eat 4 with out being stuffed

they were $8 for 12- but worth every penny!

none, they didn't need it

but if I had butter- I would have put some butter on them

This sounds good:

Pumpkin Ravioli with Samuel Adams OctoberFest, Brown Butter and Sage:
Serves 4

24 store-bought pumpkin ravioli
2 shallots
6 tablespoons butter
2 table spoons sage, chopped
6 oz. Samuel Adams OctoberFest beer
¼ cup parmesan cheese
Saute shallots in butter and brown. When butter is browned add beer, sage, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Pour over ravioli.

My question is the Pumpkin Ravioli's.........are they filled w/ Ricotta only? They dont have meat in them, right? Chat Icon
