Pumpkin tortellini
My DH bought pumpkin tortellini from Ivarrone yesterday, I have no idea what sauce to put with them!!
Help!!

Pumpkin tortellini
I've usually had an alfredo type of sauce and can I say? So freakin' yummy:)
I may have to go to Ivarrone to get some.

Pumpkin tortellini
uncle guiseppes sells this sauce to go with pumpkin ravioli and its so delish! i cant remember what it is. i think like a congac pecan something or other.
now i want pumpkin ravioli!
if you want to make something i would definitely do a butter based may add some cinnamon

Sage butter sauce! I make my own ravioli and use the recipe below, but you can just follow the sauce part on the bottom of the recipe. I sometimes add a splash of cream.

I would do a brown butter and balsamic vinegar with it. The sage butter is also very yummy!
