PUPPY FOUND IN ASTORIA **UPDATE**
I work in the 114 pct in Astoria, Queens. Someone brought in a dog last night who looks well kept, is brown and white in color and looks like a boxer/french bulldog mix. The dog has a harness on it and is just the cutest thing!! Please, if anyone lost this dog FM me asap or go to the 114 Pct!! I don't want to see this dog go to the pound!! 
UPDATE:
As of now, one of my closest friends took him home!!  She brought him to the vet, got him shots, and he is getting a much needed bath and his nails clipped as I type this. The vet said he is 19 lbs., about 1 year old and appears to be a Boston Terrier/Boxer mix. He is just so lovable! He fell asleep on the car ride home with my friend and her coworker and was snoring!! 
If the owner(s) do show up, my friend has no problem giving him back but he did not have a chip [as per the vet] and was still not neutered!  As a dog owner, those were the first things I did with my precious puppy!! So... it looks like a happy ending to me! So much better than him getting carted off to Animal Control in Manhattan!!

Little Shelter in Huntington always emails me with missing, lost animals. I get emails every week. Maybe you could call them and make sure nobody contacted them regarding their lost animal.

I will thanks. I took him out of the kennel, gave him some of my breakfast and fresh cold water and walked him so he could pee and poo. Look at that face!! Looking at his teeth he is just a puppy! And not neutered!

I think I got an e-mail about a lost puppy in astoria but my gmail is blocked at work and I can't remember the description. I leave @ 1 and check it out then.

That's great! I totally agree. Your friend should keep him and if teh TRUE owner is looking for him, your friend can give him back. But if not, he deserves a GOOD Home and why not now?

OMG GABI I love this UPDATE, your friend is an angel and that little guy is going to be her best friend!!!!
I could hardly look at that pic yesterday without tearing up, and today i'm just giggling at his cute face.
You did a great thing, congratulations!!!
Ummm, yeah, where's the little guys tags, or license for that matter?
Some people just don't deserve what they've got. I say GOOD, this little guy's going to have a happy life now!!!
