puppy help!
we just started taking our 4 month old puppy out the past few weeks (it was way too cold for his 5lb old body).
my problem is that he only does #2 outside, he has yet to pee outside. i dont get it...
we've tried bringing his wee wee pad outside for him to get used to the idea that it's ok to pee outside and even sprayed something thats supposed to make him pee outside too. none of them worked.
anybody have any ideas? pleeeeaaaase

It's hard! This was the way my dog was too in the beginning. How long are you going for walks? They need to be long so he'll learn.

i try to take him out for 20-30 minutes...
its just frustrating sometimes
