oh that is horrible why would anyone chain a puppy outside and leave it there I wish I could bring him home. hope he finds a really nice family he is adorable!!

No one should chain a puppy or a adult dog to a dog house.

i wonder if he's trained, i would love to get a trained shih tzu for my parents, i took my shih tzu with me when i got married and now my parents are alone.

He will be gone in a day no doubt.
When we were looking, every time we saw one, they were adopted within a day or two...even much older dogs.

I just checked on him, because my dh said if I wanted him to go ahead and fill out the paperwork and he was adopted already.
