putting a bid on a home
i forget...i havent gotten the chance to really go over my finances and i havent gotten my pre-approval. i want to go see places. what if i see one i like. do i put a bid on something i think i can afford, but not sure?

I wouldn't put a bid in on something without having a pre-approval. They really don't take long to get!

Some realtors won't accept a bid unless you are pre approved!
