putting babys arms inside sleep sack to act as swaddle?
I am thinking of trying this..all night long my daughter rips out of her swaddle..it is awful, when she is in it she is wrestling nonstop..tried to quite cold turkey, well, with the reflux, colic and everything else, she is a nightmare at night right now and horrible during the day due to sleep deprivation. Did anyone try a sleep sack with their arms on the inside? Someone told me to sew up the arms or just tie them off?? Just wondering if this is a crazy idea..

I have to say that it sounds a little crazy to me. What if she slipped down into the sac? Do you have the swaddle me blanket?

Yeah, she breaks out of all of them. I cant even keep her in the miracle blanket. She is really strong and extremely restless..She is just 11 weeks and even the doctor told me she is really really strong..Shes 13lbs too..I am a few weeks away from her getting from back to tummy...she is trying to do that in everything now! I just need sleep and need her to get good sleep too

Re: putting babys arms inside sleep sack to act as swaddle?
DD #2(Peyton) was a very big baby that also hated to be swaddled. So we decided just just not even try. She was rolling to her belly by 10-11 weeks and has been a belly sleeper since. When she did roll to her belly(she also found her thumb at the same time) she started to sleep through the night 8pm-7-8am. She will only sleep on her belly.

No, definitely don't do that. She could slip into the sack and suffocate. Just swaddle her with her arms out of the swaddle. Some babies just don't like to be confined. My daughter hated being swaddled.
