putting together a wood swingset
we are thinking of getting this set for 2 yo an 4 yo. its $350, we are only going ot be here for 18 months-2 years, so dont want to do a big expensive set. do you think DH can put this together? shoud li just get the plastic step 2 one? the wood one is bigger, but dont want to pay installation on top of cost/shipping hwo much does it cost ot have someone put this together?

It depends on how handy (& patient) your DH is. My DH put ours together (w/ a little help from his dad) & it took 2 1/2 full days.

agree It took DH, with minor help from me, 2 days to put ours together - similar to above picture friends of ours hired people from craigslist to come in and they had it done in hours

We have the same set and it took DH a few weekends (working 4 or 5 hours at a time) to put it together by himself. He is a very handy organized guy. Make sure you label and organize your parts before you start.
