Q about days in car and maternity leave (not pg)
I have 50 days in my car. Let's say I was pg and took the usual 6 weeks. Would I be down to 0 days in my car or would I still have days left?

You would still have 20 days left. I *think* any holidays would not come out of your CAR. I gave birth over Rosh Hashanah and didn't have to use days to cover that or Yom Kippur.

6 weeks is only 30 days. So they wouldn't take out more than what you need!

nope 
and if there are holidays mixed into that you wouldnt use a sick day for tat because you wouldnt be working that day regardless
And it works out even better if some or all of that time falls in the summer because you wouldnt use days for summer vacation.

yup- i stopped working 6/8 and am only burning 15 days
