Q about Katie Beers
Was reading the article in Newsday.. I was pretty young at the time and never heard about it. I'm sure my parent's tried to hide it on purpose, especially since we lived in Bay Shore. Does anyone know the address where it occurred? I was trying to google but no luck..

I sorta freaked because my house had burned down and been rebuilt in 1996.. I was wondering if I lived in the one where she was tortured..! Just my mind hard at work on this Monday! LOL

Q about Katie Beers
Yeah -- someone lives there. I lived one block over -- we watched the police from our play set in my backyard and our bus stop was right in front of that house. We had to be escorted off the bus and home the day she was found. It was scary. All the houses over there are occupied though -- I'm sure someone had to have known.

My cousin's co-worker rented there got the last 5-6yrs. They just moved out but rent was really cheap.

You think a neighbor knew the whole time? I think Esposito was that good at lying that no one, except police, was on to him. However, there were some ways in which he did not cover his tracks. The police knew right away that Katie was never at Spaceplex b/c they saw surveiillance video.
Does anyone know what ever became of her brother?

So funny you posted this. I obsessively searched the internet today to find the address as well. I remember my parents talking about it and I've always wondered as an adult if I've been near the house.
